Happy Monday! The second NoshGirl Cross Country Party was SO fun, with submissions from as far away as Vietnam! It was so much fun to see what everyone’s late night snack was! Which one’s your favorite?

“Trader Joe’s veggie flax tortilla chips, skim cheddar, and salsa…Something this craveable should be this nutritious, but I’m okay with it
”
“Vanilla bean ice cream with my own homemade granola… yum!”
“Seasoned Fried File fish or called jwipo in Korean. Its similar to beef jerky but its made out of fish. Its a street food and sometimes they sell it as snacks in the movie theater. Its suppose to be roasted in a fire until it gets soft and moist, but I told my Korean friends this works just as well. I think there is a shortage of file fish because this is a popular snack.”

“Finally getting around to sharing my snack for BigAppleNosh ‘s #NoshGirlParty – homemade ice cream!

“My late night snack this weekend were buns from the Chairman Bao Truck. I didn’t eat them all myself of course, I shared with someone else. Top left: pulled pork with savoy cabbage and preserved mustard seed. Bottom left: pork belly with pickled daikon. Middle: red sesame chicken with carrots. On the right: grilled veggie sandwich leftover from a meeting at the Marriott”
