Fun Fact Friday
Happy Friday, Noshers! I don’t know about you, but this week started of slow as molasses for me before quickly picking up speed. I can’t believe we’re almost at the weekend again! I might go check out the PARKED! Food Festival this year – as you can see from my write up last year, it was quite the delectable day of eating!
Today’s Fun Fact was suggested to me by fellow blogger Life After Lobster, and it has to do with BACON – so you know it has to be good! I need to give credit to America’s Test Kitchen for this one!

Water cooking bacon also keeps your house from smelling like bacon all day….not that that’s the worst thing in the world.

1Great tip, though I do love that bacon smell. I gave up eating meat awhile ago but still make it for others when we have them over for brunch

I shall do that! I always end up oven cooking and burning half of my bacon
