September is National Mushroom Month. It is also National Rice Month.
I admit – I was going to post the risotto photo for National Mushroom Month. Then I learned it was National Rice Month and I knew it was meant to be. Yum.
I absolutely LOVE mushrooms, but I know some people aren’t big fans. So now I ask you, dear Noshers:

I am a huge mushroom fan and love mushroom risotto! I may have to make some this weekend

3The Pasta and Risotto video the pasta recipe is the best I have tasetd in any restaurant in Cape Town. The aglio olio is simplicity and exceptional taste at it’s very best. As for the mushroom risotto words do not do this dish justice!
