TGI(almost)F, Noshers!  I’m excited to brighten up your Thursday was a fun giveaway!  Today I’m going to let you in on a little secret – I LOVE hosting giveaways on the BAN blog! Ok, I guess that’s not a huge secret, but you maynwonder how I decide which products to feature in my giveaways.  Sometimes I approach companies that produce products or food that I love to see if they’d be interested in partnering.  Other times, companies approach me.  Whichever the case, when I consider a product for a giveaway on the blog, I ask two questions:

1. Do I like the product?
2. Is the product relevant to the blog?

The answer to these two questions must be “Yes” for me to feature a product on the blog.  There are a ton of product offers that have come my way that I liked, but they just weren’t relevant! (Gift cards to apparel companies, for example).  On the flip side, there are numerous food/dining/cooking related products out there that I’m just not a big fan of – obviously I don’t give those away either.

Today I’m excited to give away a product that I’m a big fan of and especially relevant if you like spicy, pungent or otherwise “aroma-inducing in the breath” food! I, for one, am a huge fan of aromatic foods – case in point:

1. I make shrimp curry like nobody’s business
2. Raw onions on a hot dog? Yes, please!
3. I eat garlic scape pesto by the spoonful
