Fun Fact Friday


Happy Friday, Noshers! Another week, another weekend – and I am sure ready for some relaxing times!  What are your plans this weekend?

Today’s fun fact is about one of my favorite sweets:

Today is National Caramel Day!

These Celtic Sea Salt caramels from Bequet are absolutely amazing – I only wish they sold them here in NYC because I’d eat them all day long! (Errr…maybe it’s better that I don’t have easy access to them).  Anyone know where to find them?

    My son & I make a very simple caramel sauce for our apple pies & monkey bread that we LOVE licking off of the pan. Just butter, brown sugar, & vanilla bean.
