Happy Friday, Noshers! I am writing this post from gorgeous Vancouver! I am here for just a few days and absolutely love it – I wish I could stay longer! Alas, it is a redeye flight back to NYC tonight. From one great city to another, can’t complain too much, right?
Today I’m excited to share a Fun Fact about a fun event with you all – a pasta making class!
If you’re a BAN blog follower, you’ll remember my recap of the Springtime Pasta Making class at Giovanni Rana that I attended last month. It was SO much fun; Chef Antonella was such a fun and patient teacher! So, I am only too excited to participate in the Green Market Pasta Class at Giovanni Rana next Monday, June 24th. I visit my local green market almost every weekend, so it will be super fun to be incorporating fresh seasonal produce into pasta I create with my own hands.
The price of the event is $65 per person, and this includes a welcome beverage, appetizer, the class, the pasta you make in class to take home, and a dinner consisting of the very recipes you learned to make (but prepared by the chefs at Giovanni Rana!). To register, check out the contact info on the Giovanni Rana website and sign up – spaces are limited!
I can’t wait for this event! Will I see you there? 🙂
