Today is National Shrimp Day

YUM! I love all seafood, and there are so many shrimp dishes I like that I can’t pick a fave!  I am a fan of shrimp with Old Bay seasoning though. Nice and simple!

These Celtic Sea Salt caramels from Bequet are absolutely amazing – I only wish they sold them here in NYC because I’d eat them all day long! (Errr…maybe it’s better that I don’t have easy access to them).  Anyone know where to find them?

Happy Friday!  I’m really looking forward to catching up on some sleep this weekend and welcoming the longer days (woohoo for Daylight Savings Time!).  PLUS I’ll be spending time with the cutest nephew and niece in the world (in my highly unbiased opinion, obviously) – yay!
