Happy post-Thanksgiving Hump Day, Noshers! Well, “happy” is taken with a grain of salt following a shortened work-week, isn’t it? Today I wanted to share some Instagram images of the Nosh family Thanksgiving. Every year, my extended family gathers at my aunt’s place for a gut-busting meal of traditional Turkey-day dishes as well as our “fusion” Asian additions. This year was no exception. As is tradition, you can see in the first photo that my Uncle H is in charge of carving the turkey and the whole roast baby suckling pig (yes, we get a turkey AND a whole pig), much to the delight of the kidsters.
All the food is set up on my Aunt F’s kitchen island – I couldn’t fit it all in one photo, but you get the idea.
